It has arrived! The TRUE® UTV-SBI-18 from TrueAm Inc., released new in 2015 now this is the 4th generation and most specifically designed Smart Battery Isolator available for stator charging systems. Featuring the renowned P.E.P. programming developed by TrueAm Inc. through rigorous field and bench testing. This is the best programming to manage the stator’s output in the most efficient manner possible to provide you with guaranteed use of every available amp of charging current to insure your accessory batteries full capability while preserving and protecting the charge in your primary battery for starting and the vehicles necessary electronic functions. The new unit is built from the ground up for UTV, ATV and Side by Side applications. Stronger, smaller and a unique case design that allows the unit to be mounted with the supplied patented 3M Dual Lock just as the previous models or left suspended on the cabling. The use of the patented 3M Dual Lock fastener is for quick easy mounting on any flat surface including the side or top of the battery itself. With True® UTV-SBI-18, you are selecting the best possible way to add that second battery to your UTV. This unit will work on all models of combustion engines specifically for Side by Sides, UTV and ATV utilizing stator charging systems. Not only is the design improved so is the installation. You can’t install it backwards and with it’s built in surge protection no fuse is required.
